Astro Education is working in partnership with a lovely village primary school in the heart of Holmes Chapel to recruit enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join their supportive team. Opportunities are available across Early Years, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, and SEN provision, including 1:1 support roles.

About the Role

The school is seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of year groups and learning needs. Positions may involve classroom support, small group interventions, or dedicated 1:1 SEN support.

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will:

• Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant within Early Years, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, or SEN settings
• Be patient, caring, and flexible in their approach
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
• Be available to work school hours (8:30am – 3:30pm)
