We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, proactive, and committed Graduate Teaching Assistants and Student Support Assistants to work across a variety of educational settings, including:

•    Mainstream Primary Schools
•    Mainstream Secondary Schools
•    Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Schools

These roles are primarily full-time (08:30–15:30); however, part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidates. This flexibility allows you to gain invaluable experience while balancing your academic commitments where needed.

The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant or Student Support Assistant, you will work alongside teaching staff to support pupils with a range of learning needs.
Responsibilities may include:
•    Supporting classroom learning under teacher guidance
•    Delivering targeted interventions in subjects such as English and Maths
•    Assisting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs
•    Supporting students with social, emotional, or behavioural needs
•    Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
•    Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
You may work within the classroom setting or provide focused 1:1 or small-group support.

Requirements
•    Currently enrolled at university (all years welcome)
•    Availability between 08:30–15:30
•    Experience working with children or young people (voluntary or professional)
•    A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    A patient, proactive, and positive approach

Salary:
- £90-£100 per day
