We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, reliable and caring Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary, secondary and SEN schools in the London Borough of Barnet.

The Roles
We have opportunities available across:
Primary Schools - supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Secondary Schools - supporting students across KS3 and KS4, including classroom and individual support.
SEN Schools & Specialist Provision - supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant, you may be required to:
Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
Help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.
Support children with additional learning needs and SEN.
Encourage positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Assist with classroom organisation and day-to-day activities.
Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers and parents/carers where appropriate.
Adapt your approach to meet the individual needs of pupils.
