📚 What will your day involve?

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• 🤝 Support children individually and in small groups.

• 🧩 Help pupils take part in lessons and understand learning activities.

• 🌟 Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour.

• 🎨 Prepare resources and help create an engaging classroom.

• 👩‍🏫 Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team.

• 💚 Help maintain a safe, inclusive environment where children feel supported.

✔ Experience supporting children in a school, nursery or another relevant setting.
✔ A patient, encouraging approach and a willingness to get involved.
✔ Good communication skills and the ability to work with others.
✔ A commitment to safeguarding and children’s wellbeing.

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant or childcare qualification is desirable. Experience in EYFS, KS1, KS2 or supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is welcome.
