Teaching Assistant

Are you a passionate and enthusiastic teaching assistant looking for a new opportunity from this September? Are you experienced in working with children with Autism or ADHD on a 1-1 basis? 

At Edvance Recruitment we are currently supporting a primary school in the High Wycombe area who are looking to recruit a motivated and conscientious teaching assistant who is devoted to supporting children in the classroom. 

The role:

• As  a teaching assistant you will be working 1-1 and in small groups with children with ASD/ADHD or other additional needs
• You will be supported by an experienced and passionate team of teachers and staff members who will help and support you
• You will be working 5 days a week from 8.30 - 3.30pm

Benefits and Pay:

• The role of teaching assistant pays £95-£105 per day, dependent on your experience 
• You will be fully supported by a dedicated consultant at Edvance Recruitment
• The school will fully support your growth by offering on the job and In-service training to help develop you and your career within the setting

• Passionate about working with children who have SEND needs
• an excellent communicator 
• friendly, calm, approachable and resilient when dealing with challenging situations
