Are you caring, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children in their learning? We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Ripon, helping pupils develop their confidence, achieve their potential and enjoy their school experience.

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils with their learning.
• Encourage positive behaviour and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Help children develop their academic, social and emotional skills.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required.
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure every child receives the support they need.

• Has a genuine passion for working with children.
• Is patient, caring, positive and approachable.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Can encourage and motivate pupils of different abilities.
• Is reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic about supporting children's development.
• Has previous experience working with children or in a school setting (desirable, but not essential).
