The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide classroom and 1:1 support to students, helping them engage confidently with their learning.
- Support teachers with planning and delivering interactive and engaging lessons.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with students.
- Encourage and motivate students to participate, develop their skills and achieve their potential.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is available Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.
- Has at least 6 months' experience working with children.
- Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to apply for one.
- Is passionate, patient and enthusiastic about supporting children and young people.
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Higher-level qualifications are preferred, but transferable experience will also be considered.

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience, and skills.
