Provide Education are currently recruiting for a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the DN7 area.
The successful candidate will be supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping to create a positive, engaging and nurturing learning environment.
The role will involve:
- Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of learning activities
- Providing support to children on both an individual and small-group basis
- Encouraging children's development, confidence and independence
- Supporting classroom routines and maintaining a safe, stimulating environment
- Working closely with the teaching team to meet pupils' individual needs
- Have previous experience working with children, ideally within an EYFS or school setting
- Be enthusiastic, patient and nurturing
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Be reliable and committed to supporting children's learning and development
- Be available to start ASAP
