Teaching Assistant - Upper KS2 & SEND | Stockport

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a friendly one-form entry primary school in Stockport. This is a long-term, full-time position starting ASAP, supporting pupils across Upper KS2 with additional SEND responsibilities.

The Role:

• Full-time, long-term position starting ASAP
• Supporting pupils across Upper KS2
• Providing targeted support for pupils with SEND
• Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions where required
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
• Helping to promote positive behaviour, engagement and learning

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous KS2 experience is essential
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is essential
• Confident supporting learning both independently and as part of a team
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Reliable, proactive and committed to supporting pupils' progress

Pay: £95 per day PAYE
