Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning journey? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the Clitheroe area for the new academic year.

Key Responsibilities- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assist with classroom preparation and organisation.
- Provide support for pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Help monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
- Experience working with children in a school, nursery or educational setting.
- A positive, patient and nurturing approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
