Support students aged 11 to 16 in a welcoming secondary setting, helping to raise attainment and confidence through engaging classroom support and positive behaviour guidance.

The school focuses on student achievement and personal development. The most recent Ofsted inspection graded student achievement, behaviour and quality of teaching as very good.

About the role:
This is a full time Teaching Assistant position supporting students across KS3 and KS4. You will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide 1 1 and small group support, and help maintain a positive learning environment. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and keen to make a difference in young peoples lives.

We are looking for a dedicated candidate to:

  • Support students in lessons across a range of subjects
  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
  • Deliver targeted support to individuals and small groups
  • Encourage student engagement and confidence

Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have:

  • Strong academic background
  • Confident and energetic personality
  • Enthusiastic approach to supporting students
  • Previous experience working with young people is preferred
