We are recruiting enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants for opportunities within a Super School in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT), supporting learners aged 3-18.
This role offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to work across different age groups and phases while building valuable classroom experience.
The Role
* Support pupils in lessons and school activities
* Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
* Support children with additional needs where required
* Promote engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour
* Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams
Who We're Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people is essential
* School experience desirable but not essential
* Positive, adaptable and proactive attitude
* Welsh-speaking desirable but not essential
* Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
