A friendly and inclusive primary school in Twickenham is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a mainstream setting, providing classroom support while also working 1:1 with pupils who have additional needs to help them access learning and thrive within the school environment.

• Full-time Teaching Assistant position
• Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day learning
• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
• Encouraging pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Working closely with the SENCO, teachers and support staff
• Contributing positively to the wider school community in Twickenham

• Previous experience working with children in a school setting
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable
• Patient, nurturing and proactive approach
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Reliable, committed and a positive team player

• Supportive leadership and experienced SEN team
• Friendly and welcoming staff
• Well-resourced classrooms and intervention spaces
• Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
