Reeson Education is currently working with a welcoming Sikh school in Southall who are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in Reception.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school and make a real difference to a young child's learning and development.

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Reception pupil

• Support the child's learning, development and engagement

• Assist with classroom activities and encourage positive participation

• Help develop confidence, independence and social skills

• Work closely with the class teacher and wider support team

• Promote a positive and nurturing learning environment

• Experience working with children, ideally within Early Years or Primary

• Patient, caring and nurturing approach

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to build a strong relationship with the pupil

• Proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic

• Passionate about supporting children to reach their potential

• A friendly and supportive Sikh school community
