Remedy Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across schools in North London.

We are looking for proactive and supportive individuals who can work alongside class teachers, help pupils reach their potential and contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities.

• Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required.

• Helping pupils understand tasks and remain engaged in lessons.

• Preparing learning resources and assisting with classroom activities.

• Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil participation.

• Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

• Helping to maintain a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment.

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.

• A positive, patient and enthusiastic attitude.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Confidence supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs.

• A flexible and reliable approach to work.

• A genuine passion for helping children succeed.

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

• Competitive daily rates of £100-£117.
