We are looking for proactive individuals who can support teachers, encourage pupil engagement and help create a welcoming, inclusive and positive classroom environment.

• Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities.

• Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required.

• Helping pupils understand tasks and stay engaged in lessons.

• Preparing learning resources and assisting with classroom activities.

• Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil participation.

• Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

• Helping maintain a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment.

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.

• A positive, patient and enthusiastic attitude.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Confidence supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs.

• A flexible and reliable approach to work.

• A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

• Competitive daily rates of £100-£117.
