What will you be doing?

As a Teaching Assistant, you could be supporting pupils and teachers across a variety of classroom environments. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development
• Working with individuals or small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities
• Helping create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where appropriate
• Encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour
• Assisting with general classroom organisation
