Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time Long Term (5 days a week), Day to Day Supply

Pay Rate: £95 - £100 per day

Supply Staff Ltd is looking for enthusiastic, reliable Teaching Assistants to work across Gloucestershire in both long-term full-time roles and day to day supply work. You'll be supporting teachers in the classroom, helping deliver lessons, and giving extra support to students who need it most. We're after people who are patient, proactive, and genuinely care about helping young people succeed across a range of subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with their learning and academic progress
* Work 1 to 1 or in small groups with pupils who need extra help
* Assist teachers with classroom management and behaviour support
* Give feedback on student progress to teaching staff
* Help prepare and organise classroom resources and activities

Requirements:
* Previous TA experience is essential
* A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work across different subjects and settings
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
* Must meet standard UK school safeguarding requirements
