Salary: £90 - £100 per day

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for a variety of opportunities, including day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and permanent positions. The successful Teaching Assistant will support students across a range of year groups, working closely with teaching staff to promote engagement, confidence, and academic progress. We would particularly love to hear from Teaching Assistants with SEND experience, including supporting pupils with Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs, although this is not essential.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Previous experience working with children or young people

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• The ability to support pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis

• A positive, patient, and adaptable approach

• Good behaviour management skills

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable
