With a dedicated staff team and a child-centred approach, the school is committed to ensuring every pupil feels valued, supported and inspired to succeed.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant from September through to July 2027. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them to engage with learning, build confidence and enjoy every school day while working closely with the class teacher and SEND team. The working hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly pupils with ASD
• Previous experience providing 1:1 support within a primary school setting
• A patient, positive and nurturing approach to learning
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
