The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis. The successful Teaching Assistant will work alongside class teachers to support pupils with their learning, provide individual and small-group support where required, and help maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
• A good understanding of classroom support and pupil development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive and proactive approach
• Adaptability and reliability
