The RoleAs an Early Career Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning
- Help create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
- Support pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or SEN needs
- Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and independence
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times
This role is ideal for:

- Individuals with a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have experience working with children or young people, either professionally, through placements, volunteering, or transferable roles
- Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and flexible approach
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be committed to supporting the educational and personal development of pupils
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to transport, as travel between schools across Norwich and the surrounding areas will be required
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
