The Role:- Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning and confidence.
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote a supportive classroom environment.
- Help prepare classroom resources and learning activities.
- Support pupils with a range of learning needs to help them reach their full potential.
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
- A positive, patient and caring approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
