As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils throughout their educational journey, helping them build confidence, access learning, and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Support children with additional needs, including SEN
- Help create a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and development
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
- Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
- A willingness to learn and develop within an education setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
