We are currently working with a number of schools across Poole who are looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join their teams from September.
Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, SEN practitioner or someone looking to take your first step into education, we would love to hear from you.
The RoleDepending on the school and your experience, you could be:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
- Working alongside teachers to support classroom learning.
- Helping children with SEN, communication, behavioural or emotional needs.
- Supporting literacy, numeracy and wider classroom activities.
- Encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Helping create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
We're keen to hear from candidates who are:

Previous experience in a school, childcare, care, youth work or support environment is beneficial, but the right attitude and transferable experience are equally important.
