✔️ Supporting pupils within the classroom
✔️ Working one-to-one and in small groups
✔️ Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
✔️ Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
✔️ Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
✔️ Promoting pupil wellbeing and confidence

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C / Grade 4 or above, including English and Maths

✅ An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the DBS Update Service

✅ Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willingness to register before starting work

✅ A passion for supporting children and young people

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ The right to work in the UK

While not essential, the following would be highly advantageous:

Level 2 or Level 3 Supporting Teaching & Learning Qualification

CACHE Level 2 or 3 Qualifications

Childhood Studies Qualification

Education, Psychology or Child Development Degree

Team Teach Training

Autism Awareness Training

Safeguarding Training

Experience supporting children with ALN, ASD, ADHD, SEMH or behavioural needs

Previous experience working within schools, nurseries, youth work, sports coaching or care settings
