Whether you want full-time hours or just want to pick up work a couple of days a week, you choose when and where you work.

Day-to-day

No two days are exactly the same in supply work, but generally, you will be:

  • Working face-to-face with kids either 1:1 or in small groups.

  • Keeping the classroom a positive, happy, and safe place to learn.

  • Adapting quickly to new schools with a proactive attitude.

No experience? Don’t worry.

We care much more about who you are than what is on your CV. If you are patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely care about helping children succeed, we can teach you the rest. We accept experienced professionals and newcomers alike, and we provide all the training you need to feel confident on your first day.

Free training to build your confidence

We do not just send you into a classroom and leave you to it. You will get completely free access to high-quality, accredited courses to boost your skills, including:

  • The Essentials: Safeguarding, Child Protection, and Prevent Duty.

  • Specialist Skills: SEN Support, Behaviour Management, and Classroom Strategies.

  • Advanced Training: Team Teach (positive behaviour support) and Makaton.

Safety:

Because we work with children, we take safety incredibly seriously. Before you can start, you will need to:

  • Have an Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply for one with us).

  • Show us your Right to Work in the UK.

  • Provide two professional references that cover your last two years of work.

  • Complete our standard registration process.
