EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3) / Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to join our Early Years team and support children aged 2–5 in their learning, development, and wellbeing.

Working closely with Early Years teachers, you will help deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's progress across all areas of development. You will play an important role in creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Working Hours: 07:45 – 17:00

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an EYFS setting as an Early Years Practitioner or Teaching Assistant
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Experience planning and supporting age-appropriate learning activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for supporting children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices within early years settings
