The Supply Register is recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to support pupils at Birley Spa Primary Academy, working in partnership with the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support pupils’ learning and development in the classroom
• Work alongside teachers to create engaging learning experiences
• Encourage positive behaviour and participation
• Provide individual and small-group support
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

We're looking for candidates who:
• Have experience working with children or young people
• Are passionate about supporting pupils’ progress
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
