The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with local primary schools in the Southport area (LPR9), and we are currently recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to support across a range of settings starting in September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience, build confidence in the classroom, or secure flexible work within supportive school environments.

• Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities

• Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with pupils

• Assisting with learning, behaviour management, and engagement

• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Experience working with children ideally in a Teaching Assistant role (school-based or similar)

• A passion for supporting young learners

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)

• Access to a variety of roles across our partner schools

• Flexible working to suit your availability
