The Youth Education Service is recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across Alternative Provision and SEN settings in Liverpool.
We are currently working in partnership with specialist provisions in Liverpool that support pupils on short-stay placements before reintegration into mainstream education. Due to ongoing demand, we are also registering candidates for other similar long-term and temp-to-perm opportunities across Liverpool and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to work with children and young people in a supportive, structured environment. No formal school experience or qualifications are required — full training, safeguarding CPD, and role preparation will be provided by The Youth Education Service.

- Supporting pupils in class, 1:1 or in small groups
- Helping young people engage positively with learning
- Promoting confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
- Working closely with teaching and support staff
