Teaching Assistant Wanted - Trial This Week!

TimePlan Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a large, welcoming secondary school in Forest Gate, Newham, which is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for a long-term position starting in September.

The school is keen to meet suitable candidates immediately and is holding trial days this week, with the aim of securing the right person ahead of the new academic year.

The Role:

• Full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant position
• Supporting students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
• Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff
• Providing both academic and pastoral support
• September 2026 start following a successful trial

The Ideal Candidate:

• Confident, reliable, and enthusiastic
• Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
• A positive role model with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about supporting students to achieve their potential
