Year 3/4 Teaching Assistant | Winsford | ASAP Start | Long-Term Supply | £90 - £105 per day

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming one-form-entry primary school in Winsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or someone with a strong background working with primary-aged children who is looking to secure a new role.

The successful candidate will be supporting pupils within Year 3 and Year 4, working closely with the class teacher to provide engaging and effective support across the curriculum. The school is a friendly and inclusive setting where staff work closely together to ensure pupils receive the support they need to thrive.

• Supporting pupils across Year 3 and Year 4 with their learning and development.
• Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
• Providing support to individuals and small groups where required.
• Helping pupils develop their confidence, independence and learning skills.
• Supporting children who may require additional help with their learning or behaviour.
• Assisting with classroom preparation and creating a positive learning environment.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining high expectations.

To be considered for this role, we will need -

• Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
• A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
• A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
