£92.56 - £100 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

A welcoming and supportive primary school in Lincoln is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a rewarding school environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across the primary age range, providing classroom assistance, delivering targeted interventions, and supporting children on a one-to-one and small group basis. The role may also include supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required.
Requirements:
The desired Teaching Assistant will:
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent), although relevant experience will also be considered.
- Have recent experience working with primary-aged children.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be patient, caring and enthusiastic about supporting children's learning.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one.
- Be reliable, flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.
