Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and students to help create a positive and engaging learning environment. No two days are the same, and you'll play an important part in helping pupils develop both academically and personally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing classroom support during lessons.
- Working one-to-one or with small groups of students who require additional guidance.
- Helping to explain lesson content and reinforce learning.
- Encouraging participation, confidence, and independence.
- Supporting students with their behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement.
- Assisting teachers with preparing learning resources and classroom activities.
- Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Pay: £93-£110 per day
Contract: Full-time
Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
