The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils in the classroom and during small group activities
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide one-to-one support where required
- Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and progress
What We Are Looking For
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Experience working with children is desirable but not essential
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
