Team Administrator
Haywards Heath with parking available for staff on site and nearby. The office is a short walk from the station area.
Full time permanent role - Monday - Friday 0900-1700. The role is mostly home based. Office based days can fluctuate but will be around 2 days per week. My client is seeking someone who lives close to Haywards Heath so the office can be reached with ease. Part Time hours could also be considered.
Salary £26000 plus very good all round company benefits, including private health insurance and a good pension scheme after successful completion of the probationary period. Free lunches are provided on office based days. 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays. The company also operate a bonus scheme of up to 10% which is set against achievable company targets

My client is seeking an organised and proactive administrator, who is looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact.

The role is most suited to someone with some administrative experience or an ambitious early-career professional with exceptional organisational skills.
As Team Administrator, you'll provide vital support across the organisation, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with senior leadership and colleagues across multiple departments, managing a broad range of administrative, operational and team support activities.
This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organised and helping others succeed.

Duties will include:
- Diary management and meeting co-ordination
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Preparing meeting materials and documentation
- Expense processing and reporting
- Supporting administration across all departments
- Co-ordinating office days and team activities
- Managing shared inboxes and telephone enquiries
- Assisting with company events and social activities
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Professional, friendly and approachable
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Adaptable and willing to support different areas of the business
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration, office support experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel – Powerpoint is desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
