Team Lead / Senior Care Assistant

We are exclusively looking for Team lead/Senior Healthcare Assistant who have full, unrestricted working rights in the UK. Individuals with visa or legal work hour restrictions are strongly discouraged from applying. 

Role responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality personal care to residents
• Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
• Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting changes
• Supporting and reviewing individual care plans
• Supervising junior staff and assisting with training
• Carrying out basic clinical duties as required

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Medication Administration certificate
• Must have NVQ Level-3 in Health and Social Care (Level-3 Diploma in Adult Care)
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Team lead or Senior Carer in a care home
• Flexible, reliable, and person-centred approach
