Team Leader - Off‑Loading Operations
We're seeking a hands‑on Team Leader to manage off‑loading activities on construction sites. You will organise operatives, coordinate deliveries, and ensure safe, efficient unloading of kitchens, appliances and materials.
Duties include:
- Planning workloads
- Supervising off‑loading teams
- Liaising with site managers and drivers
- Conducting safety checks
- Managing attendance and performance
- Completing paperwork with photos
Requirements:
- Strong organisation & communication
- Construction backround preffered
- Safety‑driven and proactive
- Must have CSCS Card
- Must have a car
