What you'll be doing:

• Leading and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care in a 4-bed EBD home.
• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with care standards, and supporting staff development.
• Building strong relationships with service users, their families, and external professionals.
• Managing rotas, recording care plans, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of care practices and team performance.

What you'll bring:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Flexibility to work based on the needs of the home, including shifts and sleeps.
• A proactive, empathetic approach to care.
• Level 3 Children and Young People qualification or equivalent
• Full UK driving license

Additional details:

• Salary: £32,760 per annum, plus £45 per sleep.
• Hourly rate: £15.75, with 40 hours and 2 sleeps per week.
• Shift pattern: Based on the needs of the home.
• Location: Salford, Manchester
