Action for Children are seeking an experienced Team Leader (Deputy Manager) to join Willow Lodge, a therapeutic residential home supporting young people aged 15-16 with EBD.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
- Team Leader, Deputy Manager or Senior Residential experience
- Team Teach trained
- Experience supporting young people with EBD
- Strong trauma-informed and safeguarding knowledge
Key Duties:
- Lead and support the residential care team
- Oversee care plans and risk assessments
- Promote positive outcomes for young people
- Support staff development and supervision
- Maintain high safeguarding and care standards
Working Pattern: 09:00 - 17:00, 37 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
