THE ROLE We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Delivery Station Team Leader to join a busy delivery station in Coventry CV7.
You'll support the day-to-day operation, lead a team and ensure parcels are processed accurately and efficiently.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment where teamwork, communication and attention to detail are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives
  • Monitor team and driver performance
  • Ensure parcels are scanned, sorted and dispatched correctly
  • Support dispatch and returns operations
  • Help achieve daily operational KPIs and targets
  • Coach and motivate team members
  • Deal with operational issues and escalate when required
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse teams, drivers and management
  • Maintain high Health & Safety standards
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Essential:
  • Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience
  • Experience within a warehouse, logistics, fulfilment or delivery environment
  • Previous experience managing or leading a team
  • Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A hands-on and proactive approach 
  • Flexibility to work different days, including weekends
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - You must be available to work 40 hours per week on a 5 out of 7-day shift pattern, 14:00 -23:00.

Working days will vary according to business requirements and can include weekends.

This is a temp-to-perm position after 12 successful weeks, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role for the right candidate.
