They provide garden and grounds maintenance, predominantly for private clients, alongside work for commercial clients and public authorities

What's the job?

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Team Leader to help organise and deliver work across the business.

The successful candidate will lead from the front, working practically alongside the team while helping to ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

What are we looking for?

• Strong practical experience in horticulture, grounds maintenance, landscaping or another relevant practical environment
• Previous experience leading people or coordinating work on site
• Willingness to remain actively involved in practical work
• High personal standards and good attention to detail
• Confidence to address poor standards appropriately
• Clear and dependable communication
• A calm and professional manner with clients and colleagues
• Good organisation and the ability to manage changing priorities
• Reliable reporting and record-keeping
• Sound judgement and willingness to accept responsibility
• An adaptable and team-focused approach
• Experience using relevant tools and machinery safely
• A full UK driving licence
