- Assist the DFC Pharma Operations First Line Manager in the conduct of their responsibilities, and deputising as necessary.
- Operate Warehouse Management System functionality to ensure that operational system requirements are met, this will, at a high level include: receipting, putaway, despatching, wave creation, order assignment, stock assignment, dock assignment, exception management, exception investigation & system task management/hygiene.
- Manage and develop the team through PPR completion, to ensure succession planning/talent management is in place.
- Own and Operate to trained work instructions e.g., ABC Modules / WI.
- Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace.
- Achieve individual and team productivity performance standards including accuracy.
- Any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role
You will need:
NO unspent convictions and be able to pass a basic Criminal Record Check/Disclosure (DBS check) Ability to provide 3 years referencing contacts and have been resident in the UK for the last 5 years.
