This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous leadership experience in a food manufacturing or production environment who enjoys motivating teams and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced setting.

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver the daily production plan on time and in full.
• Monitor and accurately record key performance measures including yield, labour, efficiency and waste.
• Ensure machinery is set up correctly to maximise efficiency and achieve production targets.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and escalate any issues to management when required.
• Attend management meetings, present KPI information and complete agreed actions.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, environmental and customer standards.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Promote a positive, professional and safety-focused working environment.

• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Line Leader or similar role within the food manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence using paperless production systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety requirements.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• £16.48 per hour.
• Monday to Friday working pattern.
• Stable afternoon shift (3:00pm-11:30pm).
