Team Manager - Children with Disabilities

Our client Tameside MBC is looking for a Team Manager to join their Children with Disabilities team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Manager to join our Children with Disabilities Service, you must hold a social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. You will lead a skilled and committed team of social workers, overseeing case management, safeguarding, and care planning while promoting innovative practice and partnership working. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for children with disabilities and their families here in Tameside.
