Team Manager - Integrated Front Door service
Remedy Social Work
Our client Suffolk county council is looking for a Team Manager to join their Integrated Front Door service.
- Lead from the Front. Make Decisions That Matter.
- This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance.
- We are seeking an experienced, visible and confident Interim Team Manager to lead our Integrated Front Door teams at a critical stage in our improvement and development journey.
- The Front Door sets the tone for every child and family's experience with our services. The decisions made here matter. They need to be timely, proportionate and informed. Most importantly, they need strong leadership.
- That's why we're looking for a Team Manager who will be present, accessible and alongside their team every day. This is an office-based role, five days per week. We believe that being together matters. Visible leadership supports better decision-making, stronger oversight, professional development and a culture where practitioners feel supported to do their best work.
What You'll Do
- You'll lead a busy, multi-agency Front Door team responsible for safeguarding decision-making and ensuring children and families access the right support at the earliest opportunity.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive timely, safe and effective decision-making.
- Provide management oversight on contacts, referrals and thresholds.
- Support practitioners to deliver strengths-based, child-focused practice.
- Embed high-quality safeguarding and risk management.
- Drive performance, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships across the multi-agency network.
- Create a culture of learning, accountability and professional curiosity.
