You’ll work closely with NHS colleagues to ensure coordinated, person-centred care and positive outcomes for those accessing the service.
You will provide strong leadership across day-to-day delivery, supporting group-based interventions, managing risk and safeguarding, and driving quality and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for a proactive and compassionate leader who can build strong partnerships, support their team to deliver high-quality care, and help people move towards recovery and independence.
If you are committed to leading teams to provide excellent services that are responsive and increase people’s access to support, we’d love to hear from you.  We welcome applications from candidates with previous experience managing teams of roles such as Support Worker, Social Prescriber, Case Manager, Social Worker, Care Coordinator, Mental Health Specialist or Service Coordinator.  However, this is not essential and full training will be provided.

  • Free advice and counselling service: confidential emotional support and practical guidance from our independent telephone service.
  • 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays.
