We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Team Members to join a busy and growing hospitality/retail environment in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their skills within a friendly and supportive team.

 

The Role

As a Team Member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Taking customer orders accurately
  • Preparing food and drinks to company standards
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Preparing the store for opening and closing
  • Working effectively as part of a team during busy periods
  • Handling cash and card transactions
  • Completing daily cash-up procedures
  • Following food safety, hygiene and company procedures
  • Supporting colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the store
  • Promoting products and identifying opportunities to increase sales

  • Flexible with working hours
  • Previous hospitality, retail, catering or food service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
