Team Retail (Retail)

Rapid Personnel are recruiting for a Team Leader to join our client based in Ashampstead. This is a pivotal position within their retail operations to support the shop running efficiently and maintaining strong levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
• Inspire and upsell products to customers
• Delegate & manage daily tasks with team members
• Ensure all team members are utilising their time efficiently
• Assist with product ordering and maintain product stock levels
• Checking deliveries thoroughly to ensure correct stock input
• Uphold shop / cafe cleanliness and product display
• Ensure health and safety processes are being properly adhered to

Requirements

• Previous experience working within retail or hospitality setting required
• Team management experience desirable
• Ability to use own initiative and direct others
• Interested in a long-term permanent position
• Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday

• 40 hours per week
• £30,000 per annum
• Immediate start
